CCFAA BIRTHDAYS, FLYERS AND BTW DEADLINES The cutoff date for birthdays and any other group news is 5pm on the 15th of month before publication. If Central Office doesn't receive the submissions for the BTW by 5pm on the 15th, they will be included in the following month's issue as a 'Late Submission.' Flyers for mailing have to be received in Central Office by 5pm on the 10th of each month. If the 10th of the month is on a Saturday or Sunday, the flyers must be turned in by the following Monday. If you have any questions please call the central office for clarification. |
CENTRAL OFFICE VOLUNTEER SERVICE FLYERS -- BY THE WAY
Central Office would like to have volunteers arrive at 9:00AM on the above dates for free coffee and donuts in exchange for a couple of hours of their time to assist in the monthly mailings. Please call 454-1771 to let us know you plan to attend. View and print a calendar showing the volunteer dates and the dates for By the Way and flyer submissions. |

| We gather news and birthday information from each group one month prior to the month of publication. Information must be submitted by close of business on the 15th of the month. For example, those people celebrating sobriety anniversaries in June want to see their names in the June issue. We publish the June issue at the end of May so we need to have your group’s information in our office by 5PM on the 15th of May. Please keep this in mind when sending us your group information.
We will publish your group’s news regarding Speaker Meetings, Special Events such as Anniversary Parties or Picnics, Group News such as a meeting change and Sobriety Anniversaries (Birthdays). We do not charge for items published in the By The Way
Flyers for the flyer mailings must be in our office by the 10th of each month. Your group may bring your flyer to us (300 count) and we will include it in the flyer mailing for a $12 postage charge. When you send us an electronic or soft copy of your flyer we will print your flyer for the following fees:
Black print on White paper $20.00 Black print on Color paper $25.00 Color print on White paper $25.00 Color print on Color paper $30.00 The $12 postage charge is in addition to the printing charge. When we receive a soft (electronic) copy of your flyer we will place it on our website for no charge. I hope this has answered all of your questions.
