I have completed the Twelve Steps with a sponsor. I am familiar with Chapter 7: “Working with Others” from the Big Book. I understand that 12-Step volunteers may be asked to return a call from someone who contacted the AA Hotline and share experience, strength, and hope. I will share only my own experience, strength, and hope, honoring AA’s singleness of purpose. I understand that we do not pick and choose who we help in AA; willingness is the spirit of service. I can specify the days and times I am available to return 12-Step calls. I understand that TeleService may contact me occasionally to confirm my continued interest in volunteering. I understand that I may receive calls or texts from unfamiliar numbers, including hotline volunteers or CCFAA.
